HOME NEWS

Its been a busy month all round. It started with our Presidential Handover, where our President is still called Simon!

Last night saw the Handover of our Presidents, and he is still called Simon! Simon Lake passed the mantle onto Rev Simon Talbott. We thank Simon for his leadership for the last year and wish Simon all the best for his year.

FR PRESENTATION

We were proud once again to have the Presentation Evening handing out over £17,000 from this years run. We hope all the organisations benefitting from these awards can achieve and enjoy their money.

SVC SPORTS AWARDS

Club President Simon Talbott with Tony Collett presented the Rotary Sports Award at the SVC Sports award event. The guest speaker at the event was Helen Richardson-Walsh who was in the Rio 2016 Gold Medal Womens Hockey Team.

KIDS OUT

The club was once again part of the Kids Out event, Led as usual by George Howard. Local clubs invited pupils from some Special Needs Schools for a fun day out held at Wimpole.   I don't know who had the most fun!

SUMMER PARTY

We held our Summer Party organized by Brian and Andy. Friends old and new enjoyed chat, outside games, great food by Trevor and the obligatory Raffle. The extra was the Auction ably done by Tony. Fantastic Evening!
