RYLA

Rotary's objective through the youth leadership awards is to inspire and develop the confidence and ability of its candidates.

RYLA Project Leader: Peter Berry

The Rotary club of Falmouth has been involved in RYLA for around 20 years. Each year  graduates of the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards are presented with their certificates at the meeting of Falmouth Rotary Club.

The RYLA course is made up of an intensive programme of outdoor activities and tasks aimed at developing team building skills, along with a series of projects and lectures from eminent, high achieving members of the South West community.

Rotary's objective through the youth leadership awards is to inspire and develop the confidence and ability of its candidates, to teach them to become leaders in their communities and to plan for themselves interesting and useful lives.
