Hadleigh Castle Rotary makes Covid-19 donation to CAVS

At this difficult time when demand for the services provided by CAVS has increased but income reduced we are pleased to be able to make a donation to support the great work that the team at CAVS continue to do

In response to the donation Janis Gibson CEO of CAVS wrote

This is wonderful news and you can be assured that we will use the donation wisely to ensure that those who are most vulnerbale and in need are supported appropriately.

This is a very turbulent time we are working with so many people that are coming to us for assistance directly, or through health associates and our GPs who have highlighted those who are most at risk.  we have aligned our team to deal with this and have our volunteers supporting some tremandous welfare work.

I'm always proud to be associated with CAVS as it helps the most vulnerbale in "normal" times but I think that this current situatio will take that to a new level when the new "normal" starts.  It is so difficult for so many be they children and their fam, ilies or the older generation who for many reasons need our assistance.

Hadleigh Rotary is such a wonderful supporter of CAVS and I am very grateful for this.  If you get an opportunity to pass on to your friends and members my sincere thanks that would be much appreciated.
