The Rotary Year started with the District Handover at Elland Road, Leeds United Football Club, presented Associate Member Chris Woodhead with a Paul Harris Award.

On Wednesday 22nd August a small party went to Hart Animals to present the proceeds of The Blue Box.(our weekly small change collection)

On Bank Holiday Tuesday we visited The Curly Hill Scout Campsite.

We welcomed new member Stuart Quarmby. Some of our Trustees visited The Hag Dyke Scout Activity Centre.

We have won a Publicity Award from The International Fellowship of Scouting Rotarians through our work with the Ilkley Gazette and Telegraph & Argus.

The young Chef competition, Tecnologt tournament & Handwriting competitions took place.

We inducted George Stockums as the latest new member.

We helped Good Neighbours distributing Christmas parcels to identified needy residents.

Joint Meeting wuth the other Rotary Club in the town - each 5th Tuesday of the month.

Annual Foundation Feast - The evening raised nearly £300 for the main Rotary Charity.

The Poppy Day collection raised a substantial amount.
