The speaker at the meeting of Kendal Rotary Club on 12th January was, Nicky Liley, the Principal of Bendrigg Lodge. He gave a presentation detailing the work of the Charity and what they have been doing since the pandemic lockdown.

They specialise on providing residential outdoor education for disabled children which has obviously been curtailed for nearly all of 2020 although it is hoped that things will improve by April 2021.

They are still managing to survive financially but will need to maintain and increase their funding once the situation eases.
