Dr Jonathan Foyle is a former curator at Hampton Court and more recently the CEO of World Monuments Fund Britain until 2015, the year prior to moving to Compton Dando with Ann, and daughters Ava and Claudia. His freelance work involves contributing to broadcasts and feature writing on architecture, history and craft, but concentrates on researching historic buildings and identifying lost royal furnishings. He is the author of six monographs on English cathedrals.
