Love In A Box Christmas Shoebox Scheme

Our successful shoebox scheme, working with Teams4U brings Christmas joy to families in Eastern Europe


Our members have once again supported the Teams4U Love In A Box shoebox scheme, providing the warehouse, co-ordinating and collecting shoeboxes, sorting out the gifts and helped load 7,270 shoeboxes on to the lorry. There were 2,838 shoeboxes collected in the Derby area, the rest were brought in from Nottingham and Stoke-on-Trent, in order to fill the lorry, which collected from the Darley Abbey Mills. The gifts headed to Bosnia for children living in poverty. The total number of shoeboxes collected in England by Teams4u The Charity this year is 66,757.
