The theme for the 2021-22 competition is "Colours of Nature"
The West Fife Competition is part of the National Young Photographer competition and will go ahead this year as planned, but will be entirely electronic. Please do not send any paper entry forms or prints. Jpegs or tiff files are fine for entries, as are scanned copies of entry forms. .
The Challenge is to produce a portfolio of three (3) photographs in colour or black and white on photographic paper. Each print, including any mount, to be no more than A4.
How you may take your photographs. You may take your photos using a camera, mobile phone, Ipad or similar device. Enjoy, have fun, be creative with so much scope in this exciting genre. This your opportunity to explore wildlife nature in a natural environment and their different habitants. To accompany the photograph, each entrant must provide a brief sentence describing the relationship of the photograph to the theme.
Age groups:Junior 7 to 10; Intermediate 11 to 13; Senior 14 to 17 years
Age as at 31 August 2021

In 2021 the Young Photographer competition with the theme “Wild Nature” provided an excellent opportunity to clubs to encourage young photographers.
