Great Nurdle Hunt

Rotary Club of West Fife got nurdling on 24th October

On Sunday 24th October four club members accompanied by family members took part in the Global Nurdle Hunt (small plastic pellets) trying to pick up as many as they could in one hour.

The 'hunt' involved locating nurdles on the beach, and that unfortunately was all too easy, then picking them up with tweezers and placing in glass jars.  The local event at Limekilns was organised by Joanna of the Charlestown, Limekilns and Pattiesmuir Nature Conservation Group who can be contacted through their Facebook page. https://www.facebook.com/clpnaturegroup/

Joanna will now have the number of nurdles collected in one hour quantified and recorded.
