Environmental Challenge

A Challenge to Rotary Beckenham members

In response to the announcement by Rotary International that their seventh area of focus would be "Supporting the Environment", club members were asked to participate in a survey, to consider their current personal environmental behaviour and to indicate their future hopes and targets.

The intention of the survey was to prompt discussion and to improve personal environmental performance, not to consider who had the most or least green credentials.  

The results of the survey, were tabulated to provide a median for current personal behaviour and future aspirations of the group, by category.
