MORPETH ROTARY ANNUAL PHOTOGRAPHIC COMPETITION

The overall winner was Jeff Reynalds with a picture of sunset over the River Coquet looking west from Rothbury. There were 52 photos submitted and this year it was left to members to pick the best. It was in three sections. ‘Black and White’ was won by John Pringle with a picture of a zebra; ‘Colour’ was won by Jeff Reynalds; and ‘Rivers and Trees of Morpeth and Northumberland’ won by Gordon Bolton with a picture of the Wansbeck and trees at MorpethGordon Bolton organised the contest. The annual competition tankard was presented by Rotary President Mary Kendall.
