The Event: This event will take place on Saturday 18th June 10.00 - 16.00.

Location: Morrisons Supermarket, Park Road, Ormskirk, L39 3RB.

Entrants: Local area Business and Organisations are invited to volunteer one or more persons or friends to ride the static bike for anything up to one hour as part of the OrmskirkTeam of cyclists.

Sponsorship: It would be wonderful if Businesses/ Organisations can assist the riders to raise funds via sponsorship on behalf of Breast Cancer Now and to direct the monies raised to Ormskirk Clocktower Rotary (details will be furnished upon confirmation of participation). Sponsorship Forms are available – please email ltonge12@gmail if you would like one.

Collection Buckets will also be available during the cycle ride.

Local Businesses or Organisations unable to provide people to cycle due to internal limitations are more than welcome to donate to this event.

Bike Ride Relay. In this event each local firm or local organisation is invited to propose 1 or 2 cyclists from their company or organisation to participate for a maximum period of one hour. Please ensure you have sufficient drink to maintain hydration

Clothing: Due to uncertain weather conditions it is recommended riders and supporters attend the event suitably attired.

Pink is for Breast Cancer: Anything pink, e.g. wigs or clothing would be most welcome, in fact the wackier the better!! And please feel free to advertise your business at the same time! All businesses and riders will be mentioned (unless otherwise advised) in dispatches/social media, together with sum donated.
