Summary of Business meeting. 19 July  at St Patricks
Attendance: President Alan Pomfret and 24 members

International Committee: Ray Edwardson
A donation to the Ashanti Project covering the cost of three toilets was proposed , seconded and agreed unanimously.
Community Committee: Len Rainford
A donation to Wargrave House was proposed, seconded and agreed unanimously.
A donation to Wargrave Community Choir for music equipment was proposed, seconded and agreed unanimously           
Youth Services Committee: Les Clancy
No Donations from the committee.
After discussion it was proposed that a  voucher be presented to the winner of the Young Chef Competition. This was seconded and agreed unanimously.
Executive Committee: Stuart Ainscough
A donation  equivalent to the last quarter receipt from Amazon Smile and Easyfundraising, was proposed to Maggies Cancer Charity , seconded and agree unanimously. The next quarter receipts to be donated by the Community Service Committee.

AOB:-it was agreed that Development Working Group be asked to investigate the format , timing and location of meetings and put forward suggested options to the next Business Meeting
