Early Yorkshire Day Event

Sun, Jul 31st 2022 at 12:30 pm - 2:30 pm

July 22 - Completed event Summary.

Meal and entertainment at West Bradford Golf Club.

This event was a great success. 24 people attended and a profit of £165 was made.

And oh what a day we had. Started with a Sunday lunch carvery, 2 courses and coffee after Graeme had welcomed everyone.
Most men wore flat caps and mufflers and ladies wore white roses. The room was decorated with bunting, chairs were cover and decorated with bows. There were flags in vases on all tables, and after the meal we were royally entertained by the Dolly mixtures who sang some lovely songs and rounded off with some Yorkshire poetry. Our only regret was that no photos taken but a hearty Yorkshire day took place and was enjoyed by all. We made £165 after all expenses were paid.
