Rainwater

Rainwater from the roof into a water butt saves on the water bill, is good for the garden and household plants (no chemicals) and even to wash the car!

Air fryer chips

are quick and easy to make and taste delicious - better still, they are much better for you than deep fried chips, and use less electricity than a conventional oven.

What is Upcycling? 

the re-use of something being thrown out. Needs some DIY skills, but can save lots of money, especially when it comes to money.


That Trees Provide Oxygen? 

Leaves absorb carbon dioxide with photosynthesis and use the energy of the sun to convert this into chemical compounds such as sugars that feed the trees. The by-product of that chemical reaction is oxygen!

Habitat Protection and Enhancement

Litter picking, plastic bag reduction, flower planting, bee keeping , bug hotels.

Reduce the Use of Fossil Fuels

Electric cars, fewer journeys, solar panels, hydroelectric, house insulation, air-source and ground-source heating -and ships are saving on fuel, as well as reducing CO2 emissions, with kites!
