Club welcomes new member Len

The club was recently delighted to welome Len Moynihan into membership. Len was recommended to join by Rotarian Mike Silver.

Len was welcomed by President Fred (l) pictured presenting Len with his Rotary pin. Fred said it was a pleasure to have another member on the team, and he encouraged more people to find out about the club.

"A lot of people have an outdated view about Rotary, so come along and see how it's changed. I think you'll be surprised about the reality of a modern club.

"It won't cost you a penny, and it will give you an idea, not only of the work that we do, but the fun we have doing it, always with a lot of friendly banter!

"We are currently on the lookout for men and women of all ages to enjoy the benefits of the club and make a lot of new friends.

"We welcome people of all ages who want to make a difference to their local community, and further afield as well.

"We encourage anyone with an interest to come along and have a look, free of charge and with no obligation".
