Every year Llandudno Rotary makes a valiant attempt to lift the trophy awarded to the top-scoring team in the annual District Quiz. Success has eluded us so far, but we live in hope! If you're interested ( as a quizzer or a spectator) do get in touch
Alan visited Sierra Leone in 2005 for a "one off life experience" but has now been 13 times. Working directly with several communities funding the building of classrooms and toilet blocks and provides other life enhancing support to the communities.
