Ukrainian Easter Celebration

We had the privilege of hosting over 100 Ukrainians at our Ukrainian Easter & St Georges Day Celebration at the Holiday Inn, Southend
What a fantastic afternoon.
Southend City & Hadleigh Castle hosted over 100 Ukrainians at the Holiday Inn, Southend for a Ukrainian Easter & St Georges Day Celebration Tea Party.
The children had a great time with Vicky at Messy Play whilst we were entertained by Adrian Fox magician, Sharon Vane Face Painter, and Salvo the Clown with his balloons.
A superb spread by the Holiday Inn and a great time was had by all.
Thank you very much for the event today! It was very nice, active, fun and full of activities! My children loved it! On our way home they could not stop talking about the magician, and their beautifully painted faces amazed people on the street. Children are happy as well as their parents! These days the environment is on everyones mind from Global Warming, community recycling and reducing the use of plastics. We are starting by supporting Wrap Up which is the recycling of coats and are setting up a recycling point in Southend.

Rotary is responsible for the World eradication of Polio and we are 99.9% there, just a final push is needed and we are committed to support the Rotary programs until we achieve a world free of Polio
