UPDATES:

March 2024

The Climate Change Exhibition was a great success with hundreds of people attending including Cherilyn Mackrory, MP for Truro and Falmouth, and Falmouth Mayor and leader of Plastic Free Falmouth Kirstie Edwards.


October 2023

The Exhibition proper starts on March 8. The theatre will show films and presentations on proper waste disposal, clean water, why is the sea important etc provided by Cleaner Cornwall and Falmouth University. In the upstairs salon there will be 20 stands showing what they are doing to reduce carbon and how we can help. These include the Statutory Authorities, the Councils and the Harbour Authority as well as Falmouth Energy Plus, Cornwall Wildlife Trust, Clean Oceans etc.

August 2023

Rtn John Pearce is organising another environment exhibiution to be held at the Poly in Falmouth during March 2024. All 3 salons, including the cinema, will be used to host presentations, films and workshops. 20 stands will provide information on how we can reduce our carbon footprint and move to using greener cleaner energy in Cornwall.


Feb 2023: Falmouth Rotary Carbon Reduction and Environment Exhibition

Falmouth Rotary put on an exhibition at the Falmouth Princess Pavilion in February 2023 to show what is being done locally to move to renewables, save energy and improve the environment.
