Business of the month October 2023

We have been delighted to award the October Business of the Month trophy to Spire Watton solicitors. The legal firm was nominated for the excellence of it's work on behalf of clients and also for their helpful and dedicated staff. Rotarian Ivan Chubbock presented the trophy to partner Jo Tinson at the Watton office.

Jo is based at the Dereham and Watton offices of Spire, and specialises in Wills, Tax & Probate, and Residential Conveyancing. She studied for her Law degree at the University of Huddersfield and for the Legal Practice course at BPP in Leeds, qualifying in 2013.  Jo had already joined Spire as a trainee solicitor in 2011 and has remained with them ever since.

We were very pleased that Jo's colleague Claire James was able to attend a meeting of the Rotary Club, at which the trophy was formally presented to her by President Shaun Yeoman. Claire is a Chartered Legal Executive, specialising in Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate and Estate Administration, and has a very keen interest in Trusts.

Claire has a wide range of qualifications, including a LLB Law Degree at Manchester University, Legal Executive Fast Track Diploma, a PG Diploma in in Classical acting and Musical Theatre, a Bsc in Psychology with First Class honours and a PGF Cert in Human Resources.

In receiving the Business of the Month trophy on behalf of Spire solicitors, Claire thanked the Rotary Club for recognising the achievements of Local Businesses, who need all the support they can get in these challenging times for our High Streets.
