AquaBox Visit

Some club members enjoyed a visit to Aquabox at Wirksworth to see their operation.

We heard how over the 30 years Aquabox has been going the changes they have made to the filters.  The filters are filled with very tiny straws that turn the dirty water into water that is safe to drink.

We saw how the different components where assembled and the different types of filters.  There are different boxes that go to disaster areas - family ones and also ones that contain items that will help them get going again.
