We had a good number of members volunteering at the Remembering Event with St Christopher's at the Sydenham Hospice
We were pleased to help and as one of St Christophers staff said:
"It makes such a huge difference to have volunteers like you and your team, who can help with getting people into the right place and then our staff can have the chance to support some of our guests who need our help, often with bereavement support and answer questions or just hear their stories There are also a lot of teas, coffees and mulled wine to serve!."
I can confirm There were a lot of Mince Pies and Mulled Wine to serve!
