Christmas Presents for Homestart

Tesco, Carnforth Rotary and Homestart working in Partnership

On Wednesday 13th December, CArnforth Rotary brought Santa and his sleigh to Tesco to collect toys donated to Homestart. Tesco's wonderfully generous customers responded to the 'Give a Toy for Christmas Appeal" to provide gifts for children from the less fortunate families in our area supported by Homestart. Tesco Carnforth Store Manager, John, and Community Champion Liana, who organised this appeal  were thrilled by the response. Santa met with Charlotte and Sheila from Homestart and the two trolley loads og gifts were taken to be distributeed. A huge thank you to Tesco and all of their customers who have given so generously.
