Rotary Elgin were out in force to be enlightened and entertained by Lieutenant Colonel Jamie Walker the commanding officer of 3 9 Engineer Regiment at Kinloss Barracks. He and Ann Griffin, the Community Liason Officer provided a very interesting insight into the regiment and it aims and objectives.
It was a fantastic informative presentation about the role of the Army at Kinloss and their support in the communities of Moray and further afield.
