There is also the option to make a weekend of it, with an Evening Buffet (and Entertainment) on Friday 15th October, the Conference Day Event on Saturday 16th October, a Gala Dinner oin Saturday 16th October and an optional Rotary Foundation Seminar on the morning of Sunday 17th October. A weekend package ticket including dinner/entartainment on Friday and Saturday nights, the conference (including lunch and refreshments) and the optional seminar on Sunday morning costs £124 (hotel costs extra). We have negotiated a special hotel package with the Crowne Plaza (at £120 per double rrom per night (including parking and breakfast) or £90 per single room per night, bookable directly with the hotel).
