Golf Day 2020

The Golf Day took place in a window of fine, but breezy, weather, with 30 teams participating. Organiser Keith Bigwood said "Taunton Vale Rotary Club would like to thank everyone who sponsored and took part in our Annual Golf Day at Oake Manor Golf Club. We would especially like to thank Michael King and all his staff at Oake Manor, without them this great day would not have been possible.The course is in wonderful condition."

Club President Tony Blackshaw said "I'd like to congratulate all those involved for a terrific day's event. It was a great day weather-wise even if the wind tested the skill of the golfers."

"It was the sixth Golf Day that Keith has organised, and his last as organiser. It was our first post-lockdown 'live' event, and a fitting end to Keith's stewardship" he added.
