Addie Stephenson, talked to us about Emmaus Gloucestershire, a charity for the homeless which provides employment and a place to live for their Companions. She was accompanied by Francis who was homeless for 16 years before becoming a companion of Emmaus
Wed 29th January 2014 Skittles competition
In its final group game of the District skittles, the team had a resounding victory against Cheltenham Rotary winning by 71 pins. Bryan, the top scorer with 60 pins was soon brought down to earth when told the team would have won without him.

Today we collected money at Tesco's, St Oswald Road Store. We recognise the public's generous donations totaling £900, thanks. Thanks also to Tescos for allowing us the opportunity. Our two collections prior to Xmas raised £1673 for Rotary Charities.Thu 19th December 2013 Annual Carol Service at St Bartholomew's Church, Churchdown
It was well attended by over 60 people and supported by 10 of the St Bart’s choristers. The carols were sung with great gusto. Mulled wine and mince pies were served after the service which raised over £150 for the Gloucestershire Chest Fund

This year Bob Coles organised our traditional president's lunch at the Cheltenham Chase Hotel. It was a very enjoyable social occasion with pre-lunch champagne followed by a three course Sunday lunch. A great start to Bob's presidential year.
