Tree Planting


Blaize members undertook their annual tree planting exercise at Lower Heights Farm, Horn Lane, Silsden Moor, BD20 9HW. 500 trees were planted and as usual the ground conditions were very muddy. This is the 7th such planting in six years.

This garden visit was the long awaited second leg to Trevor Nash's talk about the garden 2 years ago. The fee for a tour of this garden was £6 which included sandwiches and quiche after the tour. The tour itself took one and a half hours.
