Welcome to the website of the Rotary Club of Chatteris

The Rotary Club of Chatteris was formed in 1976 and is one of 33,000 clubs which between them share 1.2 million members throughout the world.

The club is small but very active and meets every Monday 7.30 pm - 9.30 pm, except Bank Holidays. Business meetings are held once a Month and the other regular meetings are set aside for invited speakers and social evenings.

The members are active in the local community both in business and helping voluntary organisations, our Rotary Father Christmas float tours the Town every December and the proceeds are distributed during the year to local organisations and charities. We are also involved with local Schools, awarding Shields to Children and also an annual concert involving all local primary schools.

At International level, funds have been raised directly for Schools in Zimbabwe &  Norah's Edu-Care Centre in South Africa as well as for many of the well known charities through special fund raising events and our International Dinner.
