The Rotary Club of Chipping Sodbury was formed on 22nd November 1957  by a number of local  businessmen and high street traders. Its first president was Charles Bush who later become finance director of Newman Electric Motors which manufactured and exported industrial motors around the world.The club works closely with the local schools and organises various events to promote and encourage the hidden skills of their pupils.The elderly are not forgotten with many events organised to provide enjoyment and fellowship. Fellowship is a key word within the club and supporting the community is always combined with fun and a smile. 

Visitors and new members are always welcome, try us, you might be surprised.

Key events this year include The Classic Run and The Along the Edge Sponsored Walk using part of The Cotswold Way.
