Youth Opportunities

Guernsey Rotary Club is proud to support and encourage young people to develop their talents, build confidence, and achieve their potential.

Throughout the year we offer a range of exciting opportunities for young people to learn new skills, express their creativity, develop leadership qualities and be recognised for their achievements. Whether your passion is art, photography, music, cooking, leadership or making a positive difference in your community, there is something for everyone.

Our current opportunities include:

Rotary Young Leaders Award (RYLA) – an inspiring residential leadership experience for young people aged 14-17, taking place 10th - 12th August 2026 in Alderney
Rotary Young Artist – celebrating creativity and artistic talent, deadline 1st September 2026.
Rotary Young Photographer – capturing the world through the lens, deadline 1st September 2026.
Rotary Young Musician – showcasing outstanding musical ability, details coming soon for this competition taking place in November 2026
Rotary Young Chef – developing culinary skills and creativity in the kitchen, taking place in January 2027.
Rotary Young Citizen Awards – recognising young people or groups of young people aged 25 or under who make an exceptional contribution to their community or inspire others through their actions.
