Rotary Club of Ripon

The fervent prayers of The Fellowship Committee were answered in full with a quite beautiful evening for the Cruise from the Canal Basin to the Boat Club and back.

Followed by a delicious supper provided by the ladies of The Forge Farm Shop and a splash of Wine, a party of 42 members and partners set off home at around 10:00 pm. David Mortimer, an inveterate "stop out" had the audacity to ask where the nearest Night Club could be found.

One hopes that Dorothy Matthews, the surprised recipient of a bottle of wine for having to endure the sounds of the Accordian THERE AND BACK, will have the good grace to let Alan have a sip too. Thank you Alan - we all enjoyed your playing.
