Community & Vocational
Our Proposals for 2016/17 are:-
Martin Lister (Chairman)
In general, our committee will aim to identify and address those parts of the local community with specific needs. By using the personal and vocational skills and abilities of all club members, we hope to help in meeting these established needs, where the club can make a difference.
To run and organize the Bar at the Ingatestone & Fryerning Horticultural Societys Summer Show in Seymour Field in July.
To maintain the smooth operation of the Annual Christmas Float Collection.
To arrange & organize the Tesco Collection using the Christmas Float.
To continue the Dictionary 4 Life Campaign in local schools
To continue to support Life Education in local schools.
To continue to support I.A.E.S. in filling shoeboxes
To organize a Concert in Church in October.
To try and interest the Ingatestone Anglo European School in the various RIBI competitions:-
i.e. Young Chef, Youth Speaks, Young Citizen, Young Musician, Technology Tournament, Young Writer, etc.
And also, in Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) - Rotary's leadership training program for young people.
To arrange a fund-raising event - if a project requires funding.

Connoisseurs in Concert
The concert on the 22nd March was a great success, both financially and for enjoyment. The programme contained classical, show and popular music, which included an excellent violin instrumental and a few humorous numbers.details
