CLUB SERVICE COMMITTEE

2012/13

 

Chairman: Peter Race

 

The Club Service Committee will:

mentor new members;

liaise with Spa Hotel staff;

draw up a list of members to meet and greet guests,say grace and complete an attendance list;

give a voice to members' views on club council;

give weekly reports of club meeting talks and announcements to each member by template mail;

keep a club record of activities;

update members' list of hobbies and interests;

assist with special events including recruitment evenings;

help to identify, interview and inform potential members as a strategy for appropriate growth and link with outside groups including schools with literacy awards.
