Community / Vocational

The Community / Vocational team work in conjunction with several local charities and good causes to ensure that our local fundraising is supportive of those most in need.

Attendees at Silver Saturday having a great time!

We have been working in support of the Friendly Food Club with cash donations, the purchase of fresh foods such as milk and bread and the provision of equipment such as slow cookers, which attendees to the sessions can take away with them.

We also co-ordinate our local annual events such as the very popular Silver Saturday afternoon tea in February and the Community Fête in August.
