The purpose of the Special General Meeting is to

  • Consider and approve the 2013/14 Accounts
  • Elect the President for 2016/17
  • Elect the Junior Vice President for 2015/16
  • Elect the Hon Secretary for 2015/16
  • Elect the Hon Treasurer for 2015/16
  • Elect voting delegates for the Rotary GB&I Conference, Belfast 10th-12th April 2015
  • Deal with any other relevant business

Nominations for the above posts should be made to the Secretary in writing by 26th December 2014.

We raise funds with events like Christmas Collections, Rotary Swimathon, Race Nights, Quiz Evenings, etc. The coronavirus epidemic has curtailed some of our efforts but as restrictions are lifted we are now planning a new programme of activities..
