The purpose of the Special General Meeting is to
- Consider and approve the 2013/14 Accounts
- Elect the President for 2016/17
- Elect the Junior Vice President for 2015/16
- Elect the Hon Secretary for 2015/16
- Elect the Hon Treasurer for 2015/16
- Elect voting delegates for the Rotary GB&I Conference, Belfast 10th-12th April 2015
- Deal with any other relevant business
Nominations for the above posts should be made to the Secretary in writing by 26th December 2014.
