Charles Blake - Guildford Rotary Eye Project
Charles Blake is an ambassador in the southwest for the Guildford Rotary Eye Project. This project provides resources in South East Asia for simple eye surgery. He will be accompanied by Cathy Gillard who was in a party which visited Calcutta for the Project.
