Club Burns Night


Burns Night was held in the White Swan on a Club Meeting Night. Isla Greave piped in the Haggis on her very first time and Andrew Lester gave a marvellous rendition of the Address to the Haggis.

After a very enjoyable meal the members and thier invited friends and spouses sat back and listened to a mixture of recitations, songs and community singing.
 
 Rev Bill Paterson did the introductions to Bob Noble and Eric Bridgewater who provided the music, Bob Tait delivered a word perfect "Cotter's Saturday Night."
 
 Frank Millar ably lead the singing and Philip Jones proposed the vote of thanks.
