Rotary Young Chef

Thu, Nov 20th 2014 at 12:00 am - 12:00 am

A very successful Young Chef Competition was held on Thursday 20th November at Lutterworth College. 7 competitors from Years 10 and 12 provided a delicious array of two-course meals for the judges to appraise

The Judges all agreed that a high standard of cooking was achieved by all entrants and the final decision was not easily made.

Eventually the three winners chosen were:

        1st:         Eva Maddison

        2nd:        Ellie Mae - Burke

        3rd:        Drew Green

The first two winners have now qualified for the next stage of the district competition which will be held at Lutterworth College in  February 2015.

The competition was sponsored by both Rotary clubs in Lutterworth who would like to take this opportunity to thank the College and staff who generously contributed to this competion and also the Judges who gave of their time and expertise.
