Members' meeting evening
A business meeting was held when the Rotary club met last week under the chairmanship of President Sandy Bannerman. The various convenors reported that the club was functioning satisfactorily. International Convenor Mairhi Trickett reported that over 100 boxes had been collected to send to Eastern European children for Xmas and they would be dispatched shortly. The club wanted to thank townspeople who had donated boxes so generously for this project.
