Response to Nepal Earthquake

Wed, May 6th 2015 at 3:37 pm - 4:37 pm

The Rotary Club of Lutterworth Wycliffe has responded to the Nepal Earthquake by sending a Shelterbox.

The devastation caused by a major earthquake in Nepal

A complete Shelterbox has been sent to Nepal to provide a family with the essential shelter and other vital equipment needed to survive after such a disaster and to help the family start to rebuild their lives.

Please contact David Gingell (below) should you personally wish to augment this donation.

This is only the first response we will make. In the longer term we will be looking to support sustainable projects such as the rebuilding of a school or a hospital.
