Canterbury Tales

Sun, Oct 4th 2015 at 7:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Coventry-based "Blast from the Past" returned to Lutterworth to give us their unique take on Chaucer's Canterbury Tales. The event took place in the Wycliffe Rooms.

A concert to benefit Mary's Meals and other charities .

This adaptation was a very funny, and at times bawdy, version of Chaucer's great work. As a result it was unsuitable for Under 12's (and, of course, serious scholars of mediaeval history!).

98 people attended and £390 was raised for Mary's Meals.
