Soapbox Entries

1. Student - (Dads, Mums and Friends may help build the cart) Drivers must be 12
   years to 21 years old. Cash prizes and Trophies will be presented to the winners.
2. Corporate - Schools, Police, Fire services, Institutions, Shops, Industry, etc. Trophies will be presented to winners.
3. Wacky Racers - Trophies will be presented for the best performance and most spectacular looking soapbox and Team.  So why not get started making a creative wacky soapbox...

ENTRY FORMS

The Entry fee will be £50 (Non-Refundable) per soapbox with a recommendation to raise at
least £100 in sponsorship (see forms).
Entry Packs comprising the Entry Forms, Sponsorship Forms, Rules & Regulation Packs can be applied for on-line by clicking Here or collected from either of the following two addresses.

Please bring the Entry Fee with you, which must be paid when collecting the form.
Payment can be made by cash, cheque (made payable to ‘The Rotary Club of Billericay’) or credit or debit card.
When you have completed your Entry Form, please return it by post or in person to either of these same two addresses.

Entries will be allowed until at least Christmas Day 25th December 2015.

It is recognized that raising sponsorship in the current economic climate is difficult. Therefore our major sponsors have enabled us to make the entry fee lower at £50 to encourage more soapbox entries.

Additional Prize

An important aspect of the festival is fundraising, so we will be offering a prize for the largest fundraiser.
