We were pleased to have the Principal of Redby Primary Academy, the Head teacher and her business manager from Seaburn Dene Primary and the business manager and a teacher from St Benet's Primary school as our guests. Also Rotarian Stephanie Yearnshire and George Lomas, guest of John Lipscombe.
Our speaker was John Yearnshire, who talked about his former work as a forensic scientist in the police force. He described how the science had developed over the years, so that it is now a very important part of any crime scene. He illustrated how forensics had been used in 3 old, high profile cases.
