Visit to the Connoisseur Brewery in St.Helens
Connoisseur Ales is St Helens’ newest brewery and, although only established in September 2014, it is built on many years' brewing experience.
The team behind the brewery – Mark, Gillian and Kevin Yates – are formerly of Liverpool's 'Pub of Excellence' The Baltic Fleet and Cheshire's former ‘Pub of the Year & 'Cider Pub of the Year', The Albion in Warrington. Brewer Mark was apprentice to Stan Shaw of Wapping Brewery.
