THE ROTARY CLUB OF PORTISHEAD ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
13th April 2016
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Portishead Rotary Club will be held on Tuesday 10th May at 7. 15 pm at Clarence House.
AGENDA
1. To receive the Annual Reports of the Club Council and Committees and the Treasurers interim report.
2. To fix subscriptions and the proposed budget for 2016-17.
3. To elect and re-elect Honorary Members for 2016-17.
4. To elect a Junior Vice President for 2016-17.
5. To elect 4 ordinary members of the Club Council. Candidates should indicate to me in writing their willingness to stand. Please note that no member may serve as an ordinary member of the Council for more than three consecutive years.
6. To ratify the appointment of committee chairmen for 2016-17.
7. To elect District Council representatives and substitutes.
8. To appoint the club Auditor for 2016-17.
