Annual Spring Break in Solberge Hall, Northallerton


SPRING BREAK                                                                                                              Solberg Hall Hotel, nr Northallerton. Sunday 10th April, for three nights. We have booked to the place out! Everyone should have given Jack a deposit of £20 per couple, £10 for the hotel and same for railways. Wensleydale Railway balance of £15 per couple payable to Jack asap, by cheque please. Menu choices have to be made the day before. Jack needs to send the Sunday choices to the Hotel, let him know choices as soon as you have decided.

Ricotta & sage gnudi w spinach, parmesan cream & toasted pinenuts

Sticky toffee pudding w butterscotch sauce & vanilla ice cream

Warm chocolate Brownie w chocolate sauce & pistachio

Cheeseboard, Cheddar, Brie, Yorks Blue w chutney and crackers

Pan seared salmon fillet w sauteed pots, spinach & hollandaise sauce

Braised daube beef w mash, savoy cabbage & red wine sauce

Grilled gammon w fried egg, French fries and house salad

Thai green vegetable curry w steamed rice and naan bread

Desserts

Strawberry cheesecake w meringue & macerated strawberries

Vanilla crème brulee w shortbread biscuits

Cheeseboard, Cheddar, Brie, Yorks Blue w chutney and crackers

 

Balance of hotel bill you settle individually when you depart, minus deposit of £10. The rate is £120 per room per night for DBB.   [JC]
