AGM

Friday 14th April 2017

President Alan Rankin welcomed members to the club AGM and business meeting.

We have been invited to an open meeting on 2/5/17 by Stirling Inner Wheel, 6.15pm in the Albert Hall. Council has approved a donation to Rock Talk who are having to move premises again. This has caused a requirement for new equipment and our donation will go towards this. We have also agreed to contribute to the cost of a placement in Malawi for a Bannockburn Girl Guide, to augment the funds she has already raised herself. The MacRobert distribute free pantomime tickets to various charities, 931 last year, and we agreed to contribute to the cost of this in2017.

AGM Following President Alan's review of the year, we received reports from the various conveners highlighting the club's activities during the
past year.   For the year 2017/18 Stewart Wilson will be president, and
Sandy Farquharson   SVP.  Crawford Gordon has taken over as Hon
Secretary, and Edmond Mansion remains hon treasurer.
