Event - Speaker Meeting - John Heywood Prostate Cancer UK
This weeks talk was given by Mr John Heywood, a prostate cancer survivor himself who now volunteers with Prostate Cancer UK. John explained how 42,000 men are diaganosed with the disease each year in the UK.
John delicately and carefully explained the symptoms of prostate cancer and also the various treatments available.
John also shared his own personal experience with the disease. A thought provoking and informative presentation where the key message was education and prevention. Thank you John.
