The objective, this year,was to launch a "satellite" to exceed a height of 3m, marked by a cross-piece on the vertical rod, and return as close as possible to the launch site. The target on the ground is to mark the return. On their final launch, the winning Foundation Group team, from Hurworth School, scored a bull's eye, with the returning "satellite" hitting the lip of the cup.
